Career Conversations: Reinventing Careers in a COVID World

Attendees will consider the following questions:
- How can we reframe our professional approach and the way we think and how we show up in our career journey?
- What works when building virtual professional relationships?
Ahead of the session, participants are encouraged to listen to "How Science Can Fix Remote Work" from Adam Grant, an organizational psychologist and host of the WorkLife podcast. Adam shares how we can communicate better during remote work and stay resilient throughout the pandemic.
Share your experience and learn about about working in teams, ways to fight burnout and strategies to build resilience.
